Great video!!  I don't eat gluten or dairy very often (mainly holidays or a meal out). Everyone is always quick to criticize when someone eats healthy foods.  There are plenty of healthy fats in this diet (almond butter, nuts and coconut oil to name a few) that will satisfy hunger.  Protein is there also.  Many moms let their nutrition slide and then blame the baby for the weight when it's actually Little Debbie and a ton of sugar that packs the pounds on.

When you cut out dairy did you cut out just the obvious like milk and cheese or did you cut it out of baked goods, salad dressings, chocolate and things like that?

This was a wonderful video as far as healthy eating goes.. my only complaint is that my grocery budget is far below yours apparently and I don't have much time either (as I work full-time) so I can't buy pre-made stuff or little prepackaged gluten-free/vegan snacks as those are always more pricey than their dairy-containing and less healthy counterparts. I do try to cut out most dairy and meat as I think it's best for our bodies and the animals, but the little snacks I just don't get to have unless it's an occasional banana, and for sweets I end up getting whatever ice cream is cheapest which means it's dairy (yuck) and it's not as healthy in my opinion. Hopefully one day I can afford to be a little more healthy; for now I'll stick to my horrifying amounts of carbs and try to keep up the veggies, fruits, and tofu/tofurky sausages haha.

You go girl! My baby is about a week younger than yours, and I have been working out like crazy and eating almost completely clean, but the weight is not budging lol breastfeeding helped me lose weight quickly with my first, not so much this time around 😂
