Very inspiring. Thank you both. I’m excited to learn more from Sarah and apply what I learn. I’ve already had great results eliminating gluten from my diet eliminating plantar fasciitis. Also my psoriasis on my feet that I’ve had for 30 years is clearing. It’s 90 percent better and I expect that it might resolve completely as my gut continues to heal. I’m now 26 days on a ketogenic diet along with intermittent fasting. I eat one to two meals a day consisting of lots of vegetables, moderate to low protein and lots of healthy fats. I never used to like liver but recently added it in and am learning to like it. Liver tastes pretty yummy after you have done a good workout while fasting and are really hungry. This diet I’m on is a gut healing diet by nature similar to the GAPS diet and paleo. I do want to tweak it though and eliminate any other possible food sensitivities that Sarah talks about. I’m hoping to heal my depression, sleep problems, ADHD, memory problems and chronic fatigue. I also am in the process of having my 12 mercury amalgam fillings replaced safely by a holistic dentist. I only have two left and those should be out within a month. After that it takes time for the body to get rid of the mercury and I’m learning what safe methods I can implement to help my body with this process. Who knows what damaging effects this mercury has had on my body and brain as these fillings have been leaching mercury into my system for over 30 years. I’m already experiencing good results from all my positive diet and lifestyle changes and am hopeful for more improvement in time. Being patient and faithful to my diet, fasting and exercise plan is of utmost importance to me right now. If I want real positive change, I must be willing to implement all the wisdom I’ve learned in regards to diet and lifestyle. I’m so grateful for so many amazing people like Sarah, Abel James and many others who have become advocates and teachers of the healing power of diet and lifestyle.
