Also I wanted to share that since February 22 of this year I started doing my Braggs Drink diet and watching my carb intake. thank you velvet I can't eat grapefruit do to thyroid it messes with the medicine but I will Dec. try all the others. I do eat lots of grit now n lemon n cucumber water as well ππ
