I guess I need to try and eat only 900 calories to see if it works, but I have eaten 900-1200 calories since 27th march this year and up to now and lost 9kg. But have walked more. I started at 105kg. Without walking a bit more I am unsure I would have lost that. So I do think that some of us need at least 1 h exercise in addition to this mealplan to make it.
