Some saying that Paleo is bad, yet my body struggles with grains. I like what you said about remembering the goal. Heal the gut and reduce inflammation. Dairy is not an option for me, even raw, but there are enough alternatives. Where you live is beautiful!

Hola Catalina, I travel quite a lot for work, and I always have macadamias with me – they do replace meals sometimes! A video on veggies meal prep would be very welcome, specially how to storage raw for freshness, ideas, etc…. By the way…. a video on hair care would also be cool!
