Let me just say something. I dont drink really any fizzy drinks apart from the occasional tango and 7up. I eat breakfast and i do have a lot of protein in it, not more than recommended tho. But yeah i drink a shit ton of water. I do love snacks tho but i dont eat too many however i love chocolate. Id say im moderetly healthy but morbidly obese, most people say its not obvious but when you see my stomach omfg.
