I am doing 16:8 sometimes I extend it to 18:6. I also eat low carb diet. The next day I feel lighter. It is really easy to stick with as long as u drink enough water and believe that u can do it.

I'm doing alternate day fasting. I fast one day and on eating days I eat from 6 am-9am but I get really hungry at 2 am and can't sleep.
I am a Muslim and we do fasting for a month each year, from the dawn to sunset , we can all agree that it have agree great change for all of us, we feel better and refreshed, we don't eat but also dΓ΄nt drink, not only this physical fasting but also spiritual, as we don't get angry and try to do good stuff and it s pretty easy a greeter two days ! We can also exercise and it s not that bad at all, in our religion there's agreefterndlso the 5:2 thing as it s recommend during our daily life to fast on Mondays and Thursdays for a better health !

I already fasted for more than month now I used the 16:8 method (I only eat from 7am-2pm). I paired it with a 10 minute daily cardio exercises and Itβs convenient for me since I suck at making a meal plan it feels exhausting not eating the food that you want so can still eat rice and desserts with a limit from 57kg, Iβm now 53kg βπ»π .

I've been doing intermittent fasting for more than half a year now and I feel great.
PLEASE COME BACK WHAT THE HECK
by fasting you are starving yourself which means when you're done fasting you'll gain the weight back by eating again because your body is trying to grab as much fat and nutrition as possible. theres also been people at my school and my sisters school who have also fasted and ended up being hospitalized because they ate only once a day and barely drank anything. fasting kills people. i would never partake in such a dangerous act.
