Hello ventuno yoga…I have a query. I can see all ur yoga instructors have the perfect body shape. I want to know , do they also go for gymming and other western exercises or yoga is the only workout they do?? I am 35 yrs old woman with 2 kids and I am almost 15kgs overweight. I started doing yoga 3 months back and I m pretty regular. Bt I feel lil insecure and always look for other options to loose weight. Pls tell me….do I stick to yoga only or try other options as well?
