hey i been getting around 150 of protein a day and only around 1200 calories and barely carbs.. im fat 198 pounds with no muscle i been doing full body workouts at home for the past 7 days and drinki g a gal and half of water only… what will my body dp if i keep this up gain muscle? just lose fat? or both i just.want tighter skin and a little muscle đ
I love fitness, I love healthy food but I have some allergies: red meat, lactose, red sweet pepper (idk the English name, ppl put in everything, sallad, pasta, rice meals) also tomato a lil. Its a real big challenge to eat lots of protein and healty things (we got no special food for lactose intolerance)
What brand of protein are you using? Or it doesn't really matter as long as it's hydralized. I'm 37 at 5'7and 150lbs. And can never gain any weight. I believe it was my diet in spite of me lifting heavy.
How do u cook chicken breast in the oven like duration and temperature?
I'm finding it very hard to get to 170 g of protein, when my macros state I should be staying at 1500 cal. How is it possible to get that much protein staying at 1500 cal? I have an added any carbs or fruits and vegetables in that combination yet.
My macros state that I should be at 172 g of protein, 115 g of carbohydrate, 42 g of fat. How is this possible?
