I was really expecting more for the work out portion, but then she just says that she has a trainer and that he guides her so not really sure how anyone who couldn’t afford a trainer is supposed to emulate that without a guide of what he does with you!

I feel like it’s harder for me to do the breakfast part bc I’m allergic to nuts any type almonds, pecans, cashew, peanut butter all of that but I’ll find something

I love that you’re trying to better your health but everything you’re eating lacks any nutritional value and is preserved… Packet oats, frozen berries, pre packed salads, granolas bars/protein bars.. all packet full of preservatives and processed sugars. You are barley eating anything FRESH! It is not good for you no matter how much you think it is. You’re also not eating much at all, the only reason your calories add up is because of the amount of packet things you’re eating.. Calories are not that important, it’s all about the macros or just what your body needs. Try study your macros more and complex carbs.. I cringed so hard at everything you ate and not in a negative way but you’re not helping your body, even though you are losing weight. 🙁
