I am a slim to average built guy. My prob is my belly fat. I dont drink alcohol and dont eat much sugar content food and I drink lots of water. Ive worked out, I jogged/walked at least 30 min. and btw my metabolism is fast so I usually eat like every 3 to 4 hrs a day. Still my tummy is getting bigger.. hahaha grrhh I dont wish to have abs, I just wish to have flat tummy 😅

3:19 isn’t as easy as it sounds when you have severe insomnia and anxiety (I’m not trying to be rude, just stating my facts(opinion). It’s possible to reduce stress and potentially gain a few extra hours (more like minutes in my case) of sleep. But it’s not possible to completely avoid stress and just sleep more. I know for some people this is easy, but for me it’s not. Good luck to anyone trying to lose weight or stomach fat. It may not seem easy, but once you get into the routine of avoiding too much of ‘this’ and eating more or ‘that’, it gets easier. You have to do something 7 times in a row to remember it and make it a routine habit. Good luck to everyone out there and sorry for this being super long.
