if you want to lose weight fast then I recommend to try intermediate fasting and eat no carbs and don’t consume food with lots of sodium ++ eat a lot of vegetables. I lost 10 pounds in 9 days !! 🙂
Throughout the nine days I would drink water with lemon before breakfast.
For breakfast everyday I would eat Greek yogurt and for lunch I would eat a piece of lean meat for protein. Then I would stop eating at 4 pm. I’m not saying this will work for all of you, but it worked for me. So give it a try 🙂
