this is day 1 diet regimen of my 15 day diet plan plan.this is self examined diet plan n outcomes are remarkable
diet regimen strategy-
early morning-fennel seed tea
morning meal- 1 dish salty or milk oats with 4-5 drenched almonds and raisins
