diet regimen strategy is… morning- fennel seed tea

morning meal – oats with milk n nuts

mid early morning treats – ice tea or warm tea with fruits

lunch – broccoli mushroom n home cheese salad with curd

night tea – butter milk or coconut water

supper – papaya and pineapple
