While years ago it would certainly have been simply great to have a diet plan without much range, in today’s globe this might be damaging because a lot of dirts are demineralised and so there are much less nutrients in the food. I do not have autoimmune illness or any kind of health and wellness problem that mandates a rigorous paleo diet regimen. Those are my 4 factors to stop the paleo diet plan. I still think that the paleo diet regimen is fantastic for autoimmune condition, for aiding clear up skin, various other inflammatory problems, and for increasing intestine health and wellness which is so essential for general health and wellness.

No diet is the best if you just keep eating the same type over a long period of time. Paleo/Atlkins/South Beach diets are all great for short duration say 6 months to get good results like fat loss, increased energy etc. Once you are fit you can add up more carbs to maintain your system with exercises included. Its just common sense. But still too much carbs will get you back where when you started.

I've been following you since you were paleo star and have also gone from keto to paleo and now like you adding more variety in my diet. I love summer fruits which I could not eat following a strict keto diet. Still the key is moderation. Can you do some more baking recipes using the cassava flour.

Great, as long as it works for you. Just stay away from processed junk, seed oils and sugar and be careful of grains. Introduce some of the legumes and beans slowly and see how you react. I recommend reading wired to eat by Robb Wolf. Best of luck

We're the same, lack of sleep and stress cause acne for me too… as well as high carbs/sugar. I haven't tried 100% Paleo but I also think it's an amazing lifestyle. However, like you, I too would like to be able to eat a variety of whole natural foods.

You're so wrong about lchf Paleo! You were probably having the "Keto flu" if you didn't have anough energy, or didn't supplement with Magnesium and potassium enough! You also need to drink plenty of water! I've been on Paleo for 3.5 years, Keto for 2.5 years, and I've built some great muscle definition and never had better energy all day long! With Paleo and especially Keto you can't do it 70-80% of the time, it needs to be 100% strict, without any "cheats", "treats" or "carb re-feeds". That's how you lose your energy! I've stuck strictly to Paleo/Keto and I'm really energetic and getting stronger in the gym lifting my own bodyweight and building muscle! 🙂 I'm also a Paleo Nutritionist, if you have any questions.

for sure do more what I eat in a day videos! I'm a little surprised to hear you are no longer paleo since your whole channel is dedicated to that! But I feel like I can relate to you more now 🙂 I consider myself paleo based, for example if I feel like having rice, beans or corn I don't mind eating it. Feeling restricted is not fun, especially in social gatherings. I do have health issues and find that following it does help me which is great!
