Definitely putting this on my menu next week. I'm vegan i would need to use non dairy yogurt…. how do you think that would hold up? I know sometimes non dairy yogurt can get watery? Any suggestions?

I love this salad & usually buy it from Costco, definitely going to try making yours instead. I sometimes add cucumber and some diced chicken & put it into a wrap as a lunch on the go. Super pumped to try out the chickpeas. ????
