  5. I’m definitely making this. I love this idea! If my residents liked this type of food I’d 100% make it for them. But I’m definitely making it for myself.

  8. I am over here thanking God for your big beautiful brain! God gave you a pretty unique talent, you are able to manipulate food in a way that I struggle to find the words to describe, but am in awe of. I appreciate you sharing with us all the ways to make substitutions without having to miss out on key ingredients or flavors. 😊 Your gift is definitely one of my blessings. ❤ I'm not disabled, but my kitchen is small and I don't always have enough "spoons" to cook with. 😂 (not literally, i just mean that once my "spoons for the day" run out, I'm dead till tomorrow)

  9. You make everything! Ugh and I love how accessible your recipes are. ADHD girlies are all over this.
Also as a Filipina, I’ll have to try your adobo

  11. Im not disabled, but I live in a student residence with no kitchen and with an awful food. You're saving my ass right now.
