Im just wondering if you would consider an umbrella for the seating area too as it could be a little hot – the umbrella for the dining area is gorgeous and very practical too. In time perhaps a pergola over the dining space with those lovely bouganvillea plants in big pots growing over the top? Just a thought……..I love everything you do, your home is looking fantastic and a great accomplishment. xx

  18. Looks beautiful! I'm a plant killer as well, I often say I'm an amateur plant killer only because I don't get paid to kill them and earn a professional plant killer title. I'm always on the hunt for a plant that is both beautiful, easy to grow and pretty maintenance free, my go to for pots is the asparagus fern – they can take full sun, partial sun and mostly shade, they can be planted in the ground and in pots and they grow really fast, so I can buy the more inexpensive small ones and they grow super fast to fill in a large pot. They are just green but, they are so beautiful that I'm ok with not having flowers. They are also pretty good with my lack of watering knowledge and schedule – it's actually the first plant I haven't killed (knock on wood).
