  1. Ingredients:
    350g digestive biscuits
    100g salted butter, melted
    300g carnation caramel
    250g snickers
    200g milk chocolate
    10g butter
    25g melted peanut butter

    1) Line an 8×8" tin with parchment paper.

    2) Finely crush the digestive biscuits in a mini food processor or using a bag and rolling pin.

    3) Add the crushed biscuits to a large bowl and mix them with the melted butter and carnation caramel until combined.

    4) Chop up the snickers and fold them in.

    5) Scoop the mix into your baking tin and smooth it out.

    6) Melt the milk chocolate and butter together in the microwave (500W) in 1 minute bursts.

    7) Pour it over the top and smooth it out.

    8) Dollop the peanut butter on top and swirl it through with a toothpick.

    9) Refrigerate for 3 hours minimum.

    10) Remove it from the tin and slice it into 16 pieces.

    11) Enjoy!

  6. If you can’t have this and want to opt for more healthier options try date filled with peanut butter and optionally crushed peanuts ???? it tastes just like snickers
