I love the book knife holder – I would advise stronger/thicker rubber bands for safety and not twisted together as shown. If one snaps, the others will hold if they are separate. Last thing you want is knives falling out.

Where did you get that pantry with the shelves? I downsized into a small apartment and I need a storage pantry like that that’s not too deep for my kitchen.
