@bigmamacooks_ Dominican Spaghetti is a staple in the culture. This recipe has a polarizing unexpected twist, you either LOVE the creamy mayo, or you hate it. If you hate it, add butter instead!

Ingredients:
1 lb Spaghetti # 8
(reserve 1-2 cups of cooked pasta water)
2 tbsp cooking oil
4 cloves minced garlic
½ red onion
1/3 green bell pepper
1/3 red bell pepper
2 tbsp olives in its juice
1 chicken bouillon tablet
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground oregano
Fresh cilantro
¼ cup tomato paste
3 tbsp mayo OR butter

  1. some ppl are attacking u for the mayo but the only way i can eat pasta is with mayo or yoghurt

  2. If an Italian did this to a Dominican dish then we'd be cancelling the entire country for cultural appropriation.

  3. You lost me wt the mayonnaise????
Not for me but it looks good though

    for my dogs maybe ????
