  1. This mineral is better than chemical is only said in US. In Japan, where everyone is very aware of the need to use sunscreen to keep your skin lighter and spotless, mineral vs chemical is not an issue. These just are two sunscreens work differently.
Mineral – reflect and block = stays on the skin, have to apply a lot to make a barrier.
Chemical – the chemical ingredient absorb the UV light and change chemical. Once the chemical change happens, it loses its effectiveness, have to apply again. It may irritate your skin if you are sensitive to the ingredients.
Both has its pros and cons, but "mineral better than chemical" is just a myth.

  2. My dermatologist just told me the same thing. You're absolutely right. I have liver disease, and I'm very conscious of everything "toxic."

  3. Go carnivore! No sunburns! Citrus and celery has furanocoumarins. A chemical causing sunburns.

  4. I use olive oil as a sunscreen. I've heard things like carrot oil have the most SPF but haven't researched it in several years. Sometimes I just use mud like the elephants. ❤

  5. Bobby, In response to your recent video where you said the cost of food has gone up 30%, I suggest you see Robert Kennedy's recent testimony where he said groceries have gone up 76% in the past 2 years. Clearly anyone who buys food knows that this is closer to the truth.

  6. Mineral on a daily basis is so hard to get off at night tho. I live in Arizona and it’s a must to wear sunscreen but the mineral one is so hard to get off daily.

  7. Yep, that's all I use are mineral based sunscreens for my face & body. Gave up the other ki d years ago.

  8. Ok as a man , wearing that mineral heavy cream , my bear gonna stain , my face would look like a blue alien ..
