  1. She seems to really want a garish shit hole of a house. Just show her what she wants already.

  2. Imagine complaining because the house wasn't lived in before. PETTY. "Modern is boring." She has no tastes. Her dad is awesome, though.

  3. I was thinking she would choose house number 3 because it had the nicest kitchen, washer and dryer hookup and the nicest yard for her dog. I would really hate that window in that one bedroom, open to the common area!!

  4. These two are twits. He says it’s “odd” that the hall bath has one sink and the master has two? Usually the master is for a couple, who are both getting ready at the same time. That’s not always how roommate situations work. And neither one of them knows what “modern” means.

  5. i would have picked the home it had the room and space for penny. who walks to take a dog out everyday when you can just let them outside

  6. Good dad, at least he's not spoiling her rotten and turning her into a selfish rich daddy's girl like we often find from people who have money. Teaching responsibilty is showing you truly care about the future of your child as the manuevur in the world as rounded human beings. Nice.

  7. Really enjoyed this episode ???? I think she made a wonderful choice for where she's at in her life right now. The place suits her and she doesn't have to have roomates.

  8. What??????!!! What is up with that condo? The realtor showed them that big house and they said it is pj and has small yard, and then she shows them that weird condo?.?! AND THEY BOUGHT IT????

  9. Thank you for making these videos. I absolutely love HGTV. My favorite show is Fixer Upper. I like watching renovations. It's fascinating seeing the different price points of properties around the country. Those were 3 very good options. I knew she would pick the downtown location.

  10. House Hunters, a show in the year of 1999, and House Hunters International, 2006, with the Australia and other spinoffs, being combined with 236 seasons of the show.
