At just 1mm in size, duckweed is packed with 45% protein, rivaling legumes and meats. Loved in Southeast Asia and perfect for aquatic animals, this tiny plant might be the next big superfood!

If it tasted good, it would already be sold for food.
Imagine if the whole planet flooded and this thing just completely covered earth
proteins are literally made out of amino acids
No one ate it in video
But what about the Ducks ?
But using a spoon to whisk eggs should be criminal
That must be a different kind of duckweed than what’s on our pond in Oregon. Ours is bigger, and does not look appealing as a food source.
Protein!!! Protein!!!
Id try a seasoning amount but not a whole fucking dish of this duckweed.
This looks like wolffia arrhiza, not duckweed
It's insanely invasive and should only be grown where it's a native plant. DO NOT TRY TO GROW THIS ON YOUR OWN!
Im just imagining how much muscles i can gain from those😂😂
"high in protein AND ALSO high in essential amino acids"
Lmao
Prolly taste like grass 🤢
Could this be the mythical mana?
I'll feed it to the fish and eat the fish!
And I bet loaded with microplastics.
