When I was a little girl growing up in the Southern part of the U.S. my mom would buy a ham with the rind, and she would slow bake the rind with bits of fat until it was crispy with a bit of chewiness, it was my very favorite part of the entire ham,lol. All these dishes look tasty Marion, Thank you.

  5. Tried these but put the butter mixture in a plastic bag… clipped the corner… and used it to squeeze the butter between the slices… smeared some on top. Worked great.
