What I used: Buckwheat Falafel Beetroot salad (recipe in my previous video) Korean carrot slaw (recipe in my previous video) Pickles Sauerkraut
For buckwheat: using 1:1.5 buckwheat to water ratio, simmer for 10 minutes, take off the heat and let it steam covered with a lid for another 10 minutes.

It does look very nice. I'm curious though, just mentally, if you were to give it a sauce to make eastern European bibimbap, what sauce would you add?
Yes, but deep oil fry is both expensive and really unhealthy 😅 The rest looks exactly like my polish plates <3
