  1. The falafel/cutlet recipe will be coming next week!

    What I used:
    Buckwheat
    Falafel
    Beetroot salad (recipe in my previous video)
    Korean carrot slaw (recipe in my previous video)
    Pickles
    Sauerkraut

    For buckwheat: using 1:1.5 buckwheat to water ratio, simmer for 10 minutes, take off the heat and let it steam covered with a lid for another 10 minutes.

  2. Man I tried to eat buckwheat, I know it's healthy and it can have a nutty favor, but boy it's an aquired taste if u haven't been raised with it…

  3. It does look very nice. I'm curious though, just mentally, if you were to give it a sauce to make eastern European bibimbap, what sauce would you add?

  4. Yes, but deep oil fry is both expensive and really unhealthy 😅
    The rest looks exactly like my polish plates <3
