Easy Breakfast Burritos Recipe

Homemade breakfast burritos are one of my favorite easy breakfasts and are so simple to make! Stuff sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, buttery avocado, and gooey cheese into a soft flour tortilla, roll it up, and toast it lightly for a satisfying breakfast that’s simply loaded with flavor. A side of sour cream and salsa always goes well with them, too!

  1. I can never get over how gorgeous that kitchen is. Does anyone know what type of stove that is?

  2. I used to make my trash guys home made cookies & breakfast burritos every Friday .I miss them and I know they miss those delicious burritos…God bless…✝️🙌🥰😋

  3. Looks yummy. I’ll show this one to my husband. Hey, cilantro tastes like soap. I tried it twice and both times I wondered why people eat it. Then I learned that some people get that soap flavor. I’m special I guess. But not in a great way. 🤮

  4. The only thing this burrito is missing is sauteed mushrooms and green peppers.

  5. Pro tip: Fold the sides in first before the "foldover, pull back, and tuck." It helps keep the ingredients in much better. 😊 I make variations of breakfast burritos all the time. Great for breakfast on the go or a quick packable lunch option.

  6. After seeing this I can’t for the life of me remember why I’ve always thought that breakfast burritos were too much work. Thanks John 👍🏻

  7. Johnnie just because you start making these at 2 PM in the afternoon doesn’t mean it’s breakfast. Get a job and move out

  8. Always cook your tortillas on a comal before filling them. Then you can add them back to the pan afterwards.

  9. Nice burritos!, that meat looks so good and juici, you made god adding some hot sauce!

  10. I always tend to cook the mix-in first (just like in the video), but then I put them in the eggs when I'm cooking them.

  11. They look and sound perfect! I'm looking forward to making them; thank you!
