►1 cup granulated sugar
►1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
►2 tsp baking soda
►1 tsp baking powder
►1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
►1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
►1/2 tsp ground allspice
►1/4 tsp ground cloves, optional
