Interesting recipe, completely different from how I usually make it. I make it with eggs, salt, pepper, mayonnaise and with small pieces of fresh radishes and pickles. Also I mix the boiled yolks with the mayonnaise until smooth and add the other ingredients chopped (including the chopped boiled egg whites). I eat it on Norwegian whole grain fresh bread ✨
I start my eggs in room temp water Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and turn the heat off. Cover and let sit in the hot water for 11 minutes then put into an ice bath. It's the perfect egg every time.
Funny story…I have a friend who doesn't cook. She messaged me and asked me how long to boil eggs for a hard boiled egg. I told her how I do it and she was kind of…oh…She had been boiling them for 25 minutes already. I think they kind of bounced. lol

My Mom always made egg and olive salad. Along with minced onion, she would chop green olives (pimento stuffed) and add that to the egg salad along with the mustard, salt, pepper and mayo. It's how I do egg salad to this day.
Quick tip for hard boiled eggs: pressure cook for 5 minutes, natural release 5 minutes and 5 minutes in ice bath. They will peel perfectly every time.
