  1. Here’s the recipe👇🏽

    Ingredients :

    Butter (softened) – ¼ Cup (50 g)
    Sugar – 3 tbsp (30 g)
    Almonds – 6 nos
    Cashews – 10 nos
    Ragi Flour – ½ Cup (100 g)
    Cardamom Powder – ¼ tsp
    Baking Soda – 1 pinch
    Milk – 75 ml (5 tbsp)
    Salt – to add to the pot

    Instructions:

    1. In a blender, blend Almonds, Cashews and Sugar into a fine powder.
    2. Mix this with softened butter and mix well
    3. Add the Ragi flour, Baking Soda with Milk and mix everything together.
    4. Fill this mixture in a piping bag of any other plastic cover, cut the edges to pipe the batter.
    5. In a baking pan lined with butter paper, pipe the batter into small rounds and flatten it.
    6. Set Up a makeshift oven with salt in a large heavy bottom pan and heat it.
    7. Place a metal stand in the center of the pan and place the baking pan on it.
    8. Cover the pan with lid and bake on medium high heat for 22 mins.
    9 Allow the cookies to cool and consume.

  3. Please note that 30g of sugar is too much for kids & could be the start to sugar addiction. Please use alternative sweeters instead, in moderation 🙂

  4. Bro white sugar ku alternative ah palm jaggery or palm sugar use pnuga or coconut sugar
