EAT | Chocolate Dipped Pretzels

INGREDIENTS
• Pretzels
• Candy melts
• Yogurt chips
• Coconut oil
• Colored sugar for decoration

DIRECTIONS
1. Set up ingredients in an assembly line, since you’ll have to move quickly. Add an empty bowl to catch your extra sprinkles and a baking sheet lined with wax paper at the end.
2. Microwave your chocolate for 1 minute at 50% power. Stir, and continue microwaving at 15 second intervals until chocolate is all melted.
3. Dip pretzel into melted chocolate, and let extra chocolate drip off.
4. Cover chocolate dipped pretzel with colored sprinkles, and set on wax paper to dry.
5. Wait for them to set at room temperature until chocolate hardens.
6. Store your pretzels in an air-tight container, they tend to get staler quicker.

  2. If I had kids and they complained about a part not having sprinkles it would go down like:

    Kid : (stomps foot) the back doesn’t have sprinkles!!!!

    Me: Really?

    Kid : I hate it!!! It’s gross now!

    Me : Okay, (takes pretzel away) thanks. (Takes a bite and walks off)

    Kid: (stands in silence, wishing they didn’t complain)

  4. I actually have learned the reason to why the texture changed when you added the food coloring. The food coloring was colder than the warm chocolate so it instantly cools down the chocolate quicker especially when you keep stirring
