To all the people saying he's using the wrong bread, yes but he's in the US and real baladi bread doesn't exist here. I've been here all my life and searched in several states. Even if a package says it's baladi bread it's not like it at all. We all had to grow up on the plain white pita bread they sell here. So that's the closest thing he can use.
