I make this regularly!! I dollop it onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, freeze it and then pop it into a freezer bag. I use the sugar ones to put in hot cocoa for the kids, but i make it with just cream and vanilla and cinnamon for me and pop a frozen dollop into my coffee every morning. It gets frothy when it hits the hot coffee and feels so indulgent. But there is no sugar! Itβs so delicious
