I don't trust any of these "cleaner" apps, they're designed for people that aren't smart enough to clean their own machines.
and what happens with old macs that are using unsafe old versions of Mac OS because cannot be updated anymore? … and update them with last versions of Mac OS is quite complicated? I solve that replacing MacOS with a linux OS, that never stop getting updates, have firewall, free antivirus etc.

Wow, glad in my collection is a 2010, mac mini (the last version with a built-in DVD super-drive) running OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard. It has few download applications, just CD and DVD installed retail programs for almost everything that, I need with … my "Arctic Fox" web browser being an exception (smile…smile).

Mac Keeper is a piece of malware. If you run a decent anti-Malware program Mac Keeper will be removed because it's not a utility, it's Malware!
I don't like cleaners, they delete stuff you want to keep as well.

Why do you put background music on a informative video. It is stupid and distracting. Background music is ok if you are a movie or maybe some video travelogue, but not any time of a training video or informative video. Your a bright guy, but not bright with this foolish distracting ad-on. People want the info, they are not looking for entertainment. I don’t mean to be rude, but these are proven facts. Don’t copy others with background music, because they do it does not mean it is sensible.

I'm not download crazy. I don't use any "cleaner" type apps except for an app called AppCleaner which will remove all of the ancillary files associated with apps I that want to delete. Developers who don't sign their apps are showing that they obviously don't give a damn about Apple's security features. Ubiquiti is a great maker of network equipment. The installer for their Mac app for controlling Ubiquiti hardware does not have a developer certificate and it will cause Gatekeeper to alert on the package installer. I don't understand why they wouldn't sign their damn installer.
You don’t need an Cleaner App for macOS, you can run the maintanence scripts via terminal with the command sudo periodic daily weekly monthly.
