    Girl I understand your apprehension towards the clotted cream but if you do get the chance to try it again I would – that specific brand of clotted cream is def one of the UK’s faves to the point it sells out when the weather is good and everyone’s having barbecue’s with scones for dessert lol

    Clotted cream is like a thick spreadable whipped cream that brings out the flavour of the jam on the scone. Think strawberry shortcake vibes. On its own it doesn’t have much flavour.
