Entirely out of ritz crackers means nothing but ritz crackers, so you failed from the first other ingredient

I’ve made this before for a class and honestly it’s all the seasoning and lemon that makes it taste like it! It was pretty good!

Fun fact: Dylan Hollis made this recpie a good while ago, but he used saltines, a MUCH different kind kf cracker. Good to see the recipe holds up with some variation in the mix!

What sucks is that at least where I live a can of apple pie filling is around 3 bucks while a box of Ritz is pushing $6

"entirely made of ritz crackers" – proceeds to list water, sugar and cream of tartar in the first 3 seconds… i'm dissapointed

Rhymes and reminds me of Schnitz pie. Another alternative to a fresh apple pie using dried apple slices that are reconstituted in the pie. Never tried making it but seems easier to make than a fresh apple pie and have heard it’s pretty good.

You guys had all those things in your "Great Depression"? In our Great Depression Winston Churchill caused a famine that killed over 300,000 Indians in addition to everything else thst happened during 200 years of Colonization.

God everything you cook is so fucking depressing and colorless, no wonder you’re cooking Great Depression era food now
