  1. I tried your idea of processing the cabbage for sauerkraut in tiny bits from an earlier video but I too just didn’t like it the same. I love the strips and larger bits to eat.

  2. Are you referring to the magazine by Carolyn & Josh Thomas; The Homesteading Family? Love all your recipes and excited to try them. Thank you for sharing you beautiful family!

  3. I noticed you use Redmond Real Salt but I so t like the silica in it and the sand like crunch in my bread. Any advise of how I can use this more healthy salt without the sand crunch in our food. I know the web site advises about this but your so smart maybe you can help me.

  4. I am so excited to hear about the cookbook! I appreciate your videos so much, and look forward to every single one!

  5. I learned how to make mayonnaise from my mother in law years ago. She would put vinegar in the egg and let it sit awhile hers never went bad.

  6. I’m glad your going to add the grams as I’m from Australia and it’s different over here

  7. I love your channel and love all your meals! I will definitely be buying your cookbook ❤ Many blessings to you and your family!

  8. We love meatballs in our house, recently I switched the flour out for sourdough discard and they taste great!

  9. Spatchcock your turkey for Thanksgiving and you'll never go back! Also, looking forward to your cookbook.

  10. My homemade mayo keep coming out like soup. I didi not want to throw away the avocado mayo soup and put in the fridge. Can I still save it?

  11. Just a question, but why do you and your sister eat so much sauerkraut? Do you ever add nuts and dried fruit to your bread?

  12. "I have a little extra time, so I… That made me chuckle with all you do in a day.

  13. Your good always looks amazing. I’d love your book but my skill set is probably nowhere close to yours. How do you have so much time to do all this cooking? I only have 5 kids and don’t have time to do much in the kitchen at all.

  14. I tried to find the link to the magazine, but it’s not working, do you have a link for that magazine?

  15. Made breakfast pizza morning. Yummy. Pizza for tomorrows supper. Love your videos. Thanks.

  16. I love your channel and I love how you are bringing up your kids so healthy but can I please ask you to stop using ziplock/ plastic bags as they are so bad for our world ???? and therefore bad for your kids

  17. "I had some extra time in the kitchen…"
    ????????????
    I can't relate.
I've spent all afternoon just cleaning my moderately messy kitchen and dealing with children and it's suppertime now and I haven't even started cutting the veggies.
Same situation all week. The other day I had to feed the kids leftovers because I couldn't get the dinner started until like 7:45.
    I'm pedaling backwards.
I'll just keep watching your videos, though. Sometimes I get discouraged by them but I am really trying not to give up.

  18. I don't know if you noticed when you went back and watched this video, but you had water on the front of your shirt, it was in the shape of a heart, so sweet! Thanks for all the great ideas of home cooked meals ????????

  19. I make a cooked mayo with eggs, vinegar, milk, flour, sugar or honey. It keeps longer.

  20. I do my mayo with apple cider vinegar, with the mother. It lasts me about a week. Sometimes even two weeks, more like 10 days???? when is gone. I wonder if acv makes it last longer????

  21. Such delicious meals!!! Do you generally not make many desserts? Great video!!!
