oh no! some of you were are offended by my video! After rewatching it and can totally understand why! My comment about 'disability not being your identity' is not meant to discount your disability, OF COURSE NOT! I love you! It was really meant for the non-disabled people, who often forget that beyond the struggles a disabled person faces, they are still a complete person with the full spectrum of personality, dreams and passions as any other. While we should be compassionate about your challenges on a daily basis, we must also remember that your life is more than just survival, its also about fulfilling it to the richest and most complete way!

As a disabled person with mobility problems, I super appreciated this video. We are not our disability we are vivid personalities with physical limitations.

I enjoyed your book and I'm happy to support what you do!
I easily learn from your instructions – especially because you don’t just give me rules, but also the reasons we typically follow them – it helps so much to know which rules to break, given the situation!

Comparing a wheelchair or other mobility devices to a "harness" is probably a really good way to make more people understand

  5. @sonipitts

    > being in a wheelchair is not an identity

YESSS!!! Thank you! Disability is just a trait, not the alpha and omega of someone's person-ness..

  6. @JBRewskie

To those legs are thick af. Ain’t no way her condition is permanent or old. Super cute!

  7. @gorsime13

you have helped me so much to change my home to be more practical for my disabilities and mental health. I am a hoarder and am finally starting to find ways to combat that with the principles of feng shui

  8. @ll-zn5fg

disagree with what you said about disability being separate from ones identity but i can tell you just didn't know you didn't mean it in a harmful way

  9. @zubetp

one part of being in a wheelchair is she doesn't have to make room for a desk chair. that's so dope

  10. @spaceshiplewis

Friends, the WHEELCHAIR isn't your identity, you are your identity and the wheelchair comes with it. Just because you wear a pilot's hat doesn't mean you are ONLY a pilot!
The art part is so important as as a wheelchair user, part time, it's spent always looking up.

  11. @belinus7180

People get too wrapped up in literal definitions and meanings. It was clear what you were saying. One way to put it is she is a woman who happens to be disabled versus she is a "disabled woman"

  12. @UCfaerieixi

LOL as someone disabled AND someone with big boobs, this has me rolling (pun intended.) now lemme put on my special harness so I don’t break anything

What I want to know is, which Westerner heard a Chinese person talk about this and decide to write it as "Feng Shui" rather than "Fung Shway"? This did not have a Roman letter spelling until somebody from the west wrote it.
