  1. I was just looking online this morning to see how long it takes for anemone corms to sprout. I literally couldn't find the info anywhere. Now here you are saying they take 10-14 days. Thank you!

The package the corms came in didn't mention soaking, so they went straight in the ground. Hope they sprout. I should have known that corms that look like baby prehistoric eggs (blanda anemones) should be soaked. Oh well, live and learn. ????????

  2. Thanks for all you do and the information, I am planting out my pre-sprouted Ranunculus today too! Just had a 28 degree day here in Ohio and had to cover plants this week.

  3. At the beginning of the video, only time Laura will ever have a black thumb. Everything she touches grows! Thanks for showing presprouting. I always just put mine in the ground, and usually, nothing comes up.

  4. I see you place the Biotone on the surface , will this still give the same benefit to the plant vs in the holes? Asking for a friend????

  5. I’m growing for the first time, heeding and following along with Laura. I ended up potting up many of them as i think I was keeping to moist in the tray and lost several to rot. I’m anxious to plant out now since Laura planted hers out ????. I’m afraid of losing any due to rabbit pressure so putting several in tall pots as well as a raised bed, hoping they leave them alone ???? how long should I keep them planted after blooming ; can I plant other things as part of the rotation like zinnias or sunflowers, while the ranunculus die back?

  6. I missed where she gets the metal hoops from for her row covers. Does anyone know?

  7. Having a difficult time finding biotone. Have checked Walmart, Home Depot, Menards, and other stores no luck any suggestions

  8. With the ranunculus. I pre sprouted but nothing happened. For 2 weeks. And I thought id killed them they went a little soft.

Put them all in small 7.5cm pots each as a test outside and they're all up. Lol.

Does that mean they will be slower or not bloom at all… I mean it's 26th April and they've only just got new growth? Lol ????

  9. sadly this cool spring will most likely make your tulip display much shorter as they really can't handle heat and die off quickly.
