    Broke?. Bud you used WAY more sauce than needed. Do a salt cured yolk. A tbps at most with the salt. Probably 1/2 tbps depending on quantity. Let it sit for a few days, flip, and then dehydrate. Being broke doesn't mean you have to half ass rush shit.
