  3. when you do the full reno and go down to the studs, you gonna run a hot line to the toilet for a bidet?

  4. i feel like saying 'awww poor guy' after every 'came out looking fresh' or 'so cool' comment. This is such a typical man reno and v. tacky. Even Rachel's reaction in part 1 was so obvious. Lol. He is super talented but its just very 'bachelor man' style.

  7. every time Mike says “Y’all” or “Trendy” a part of my soul dies due to it having to accept that this is how society as a whole talks.

  17. This will last less than 6 months. Homeowner here with a small restroom that I tried to cheap out for the first renovation. I end up spending more money to get it right the second time. Buy quality piping, faucets, porcelain tiles, and tub and they’ll last decades. It’s the best ROI.
