  1. Looks lovely but those plants are only going to live a couple of months?? Then you buy new plants for summer? I don’t think those plants could stand the weather we are having in the longer North East right now. It is still way to cold for most plants except the crocuses and some other early blooming bulbs. They are in the ground. We can’t put most plants outside until mid to late June depending on what kind of weather we are having.

  5. I wanted to put lemon cypress in planters on my porch but I was concerned they wouldn't fare well because the porch area is full shade. This leads me to think they may do better than I thought… ????

  11. Will the leafy plants not cover the flowers and kill them? I don't know anything about plants i just know that's what happens to small trees in forests, is maintenance required to prevent thatfromhappening?
