I have issues on my printer tray or roller, we get notified that it wasnt properly installed, I think because we put too much bond paper on it, how can we adjust it?

Printer 615 says I need to replace cartrige. But when I open the doors, carriage does not center or even appear. Help!

Does anyone know what I should do when my printer paper keeps going in by pulling down one side of the paper instead of an entire sheet going in equally. It results in a piece of paper that doesn't get printed and which jams on its way through. Thank you. I'd be so grateful for ome help.
Video helped me fix the printer. A paper stuck in the cleanout door was the culprit.
“The print carriage cannot move.
Check for paper jams or other obstructions, and make sure the printhead latch is closed.” This is what my printer keeps telling me. When I’ve tried everything this video tells me the cartridge moves but it makes such a noise it sounds like it’s hitting the one side with such force. I’ve got a Hp smart tank 615
I have an even better solution: buy Epson instead.
Now this garbage printer has took over my fucking computer. Now this primadona of a fucking printer ( 515) keeps reminding me that the carriage is stalled despite me not even printing anything. Thanks HP. I guess that's what i get for daring to want to print black text on a piece of A4 paper, the most clandestine of all operations known to man.
