Here’s a delicious addition to any meal. This is especially for my UK subscribers. Especially the ones who have watched my sausage gravy video and wondered why on earth I’d put it on a biccy! =)

  1. Shorthing is a nightmare to get hold of in the UK, it's not really a thing here. Just easier to use butter in its place.

  2. You should never twist the dough , straight in and straight out. Twisting will prevent your biscuits from rising.

  3. If I use buttermilk I use baking soda, my grandma said baking soda with buttermilk πŸ’•.
