  1. I would love to see you try making a sweet omelette. It's very easy and you can literally put it on anything. Kinda a pancake but more sponge cakey. It's made from 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp of sugar, 1 Tbsp of flour and a sprinkle of salt. You have to separate the egg yolks then beat the egg whites until you can put them over your head and they don't fall lmao, then you basically add everything else in there and mix it. Best sugar to use is powder sugar if you want it the fluffiest ever. Then you heat up a pan, put butter on it and when it's all nice melted it's time to spill the batter on it. Best to cover it up with a lid so the top also cooks faster, but that's skipable, you can just eye it and then flip it over once you deem it ready. Basic but you can modify it however you want with cocoa in the batter or anything really

  2. 'Scallops at home' bruh at the thumbnail I thought yow were cooking some scallops 😭

  3. Aight so these are actually my favorite potatoes. Brine them in a solution of duck broth, thyme, black peppercorn, mustard seed, rosemary, lil tiny bit of liquid some, salt, malt vinegar, brown sugar, juniper berries, 1 clove, duck fat, 3 allspice berries, fresh garlic and burnt onions. Trust me brotha, shit rocks. Most of this is to taste, so season it how you want but cook it the same way after draining the brine and letting em dry but add duck fat to the oil

  4. wow. you followed a recipe.
but with worse execution and in monotone.
    so impressive. so original.
so why did you make this?

  5. Oh no she didn't flip them or even do a crisp check! These are one of my go to potatoes, this is more of a cooking for 12-8 people and not really trying to sleep with you meals. Normally I'd give these an 8/10, easy, great flavor, the stock becomes a crispy shell while the inside is soft and socks up alot of flavor. This is a solid potato for 2nd or 3rd date. I'd give her method a 6/10, it works but I would be disappointed if I paid for it.

  6. This is rich coming from me but the way Americans say “fondant potatoes” is funny
