Bro your Just making a reweiw of the t34
Cooking Channel covered this topic, except with bagels instead of pizza.
I'm from Alabama and we're know for our cornbread.
New York might do the best NY style pizza, but no pizza compares to Chicago
The fact the water has different stuff in it depending on region and that they are artificially put in there gives me some slight concerns, but oh well.
I live just outside of New York, so my water comes from the same source. But as a homebrewer, I've come to learn that water composition is very influential in different beer styles. The very soft water found in Czechoslovakia is what gives Czech pilsners their crisp taste and remarkable clarity. There are even kits sold to "Burtonize" water, in order to make British Ales have the same profile as beers from Burton-On-Trent. I've won ribbons in homebrewing competitions, and it's interesting that they were all darker beers; two ambers and a stout. Apparently the water in this area interacts well with the darker crystal malts in these recipes.
I encourage you to do a Theory episode on the effect of the various regional crop/water differences in certain beer styles.
the best pizza i have ever had was in Lusk Wyoming at the pizza place
Imagine if they showed videos like this in school? Like this would be a perfect lesson in Science class.

As a new yorker I can guarantee YOU CANNOT GET BETTER PIZZA ANYWHERE! I miss home so much and want that pizza so bas
We have a local pizza place in Vegas that refines RO water to have a similar profile to NY. GO dom dimarcos!
I beg to differ when saying there is pizza as good as New York, In San Francisco there is really good pizza! And I think Ny pizza is mid tier but honestly cause I tried one and was not really the best but it might just be how it was cooked
(To my try guys watchers, yes I did go somewhere in Times Square and as we watched they don’t have the best pizza)
Zack from try guys tried to make bagels with New York water and lost..
