Will the hill be terraced with flagstone or how will you keep the dirt from washing around your plants once the grass is all removed?

Yes! I agree the house tells you which way to go. I love everything you’ve done so far except like I’ve said before. The the 3 trees next to your neighbors house seem to be to far down. If it were my house I would plant them so I wouldn’t see into my neighbors window
