Dry rosemary it is better for cooking
Ciao from Verona, wow i'm impressed as a beginner gardener everything is right, only thing didn't liked plastic pots for tomatoes. I was sure you will plant in terracotta because you like rustic aged plant all those diy. I experimented with pots, plastic&terracotta the same plants, in terracotta grew better, as it absorbs water gave it slowly back kept cool, in plastic was dry all the time, heating roots too much.
