කජු පුහුලං වාරෙ එන්නේ අප්‍රේල් මාසෙට උනත්,වැස්සට මල් හේදුනු නිසා මේ පාර ගෙඩි මෝදු වුනේ ටිකක් පරක්කු වෙලා.උදේම වැහැපු පොද වැස්සත් නොබලම අඩිය එලියට තිබ්බෙ ගෙදර හැමෝගෙන්ම බේරිල්ලක් නැති නාඹර කජු මාලුවේ රස මතක් කරගෙනමයි..ඉර එලියට දිස්න ගහන පුහුලං ටික දැක්කමනම් උන් හිටි තැන් අමතක උනා.හරියට රතු පාට සීනු එල්ලපු නත්තල් ගහක් වගේ😍 ගෙඩිය දෙක කඩද්දි ලෝබකමට කන්නම හිතුනත්,කාලා හැදෙන කැස්ස මතක් වෙද්දි ආසාව නිකන්ම හොද වෙනවා😂 ලේන්නු ගිරව් ජම්බු කොට්ටෝරුවො නම් පුහුලං කන්න රුසියෝ තමයි.කන කෑම බලාගන්න පුලුවන් ගහ යට වැටිලා තියෙන කජු ඇට තොගයෙන්.කහ පාට කජු පුහුලං ගහෙත් ගෙඩි පිරිලා තිබුන නිසා මාලුවට ඇති තරම් කජු නාඹරත් කඩාගන ඉක්මනට ගෙදර ආවේ අහස ටිකක් අඳුරු කරපු නිසා.🌦🍒🍂

අපි පොඩි කාලේ පුහුලං හැදෙන කාලෙට ආච්චි අම්මා කැලේ ගිහින් ඉදුනු ගෙඩි කඩන් ඇවිත් පොඩි කෑලි කපලා මෙහෙම කෝටුවල ගහලා ලුණු සීනි දවටලා දෙනවා අද වගේ මතකයි.ඒ කාලේ කජු පුහුලං මේවට වඩා රසයිදෝ කියලත් හිතෙනවා.
තාත්තයි අම්මයි එකතුවෙලා නාඹර ටික සුද්දකරලා දීපු නිසා මට ටිකක් වැඩ ලේසි උනා.කජු කනවා වගේ නම් ලේසි නෑ කජු සුද්ද කරන එක😄 වතුරෙන් පොගව ගත්තම කජු මදේ සිවිය නිකන්ම ගැලවිලා යනවා.කහ තුනපහ උලුහාල් කරපිංචා ලූණු සුදුලූණු අමු මිරිස් රම්පෙ එක්ක දිය කිරෙන් හොදට තැම්බෙන්න දීලා,මිටි කිරි දාලා හිදුනම තමයි කජු මාලුව බාගන්න ඕනෙ.😍🥘
කජු පුච්චලා කන එකනම් පොඩි කාලෙ ඉදන්ම තාත්තට සුපුරුදු දෙයක්ලු.පොඩ්ඩක් කලු උන ඒවා තමයි මටනම් රසම.පුච්චපු කජු එක්ක තම්බලා ගැඹුරු තෙලේ තෙම්පරාදු කරගත්තු අල කොටුත් දාලා හදාගත්තු ලස්සන ගිතෙල් බත නම් පේනවට වඩා ගොඩාක් රසයි..🍛🥗

අලුත් දවසක් උදා වුනා කියලා අහසේ කලකිරියාවනම් වෙනසක් නෑ.මේ අව්වයි..මේං පොද ගහනවා. හිටි හැටියෙම මූණත් නොරොක් කරන් කදුලු කැට වගුරුවන්නේ අපෙන් වරදක් වෙලාද මංදා.. උදේට තේ බොන්න බිස්කට් හදන්න ඕන කියලා හිතුනෙ වැස්සත් එක්ක නිකං කම්මැලිකමට වගේ.ඇතුලට කජු දාලා හදපු චොකලට් පෙත්තක් තියලා බිස්කට් දැවටුමටත් කුඩු කරගත්තු කජු දැම්මම රස මෙතෙකයි කියන්න බෑ.🍪🍪 බටර් වලින් තෙම්පරාදු කරගෙන මිරිස් ලුණු දවටපු කජු කියන්නෙත් ඉතිං අපේ තාත්තටනම් එයාගෙ වචනයෙන්ම කිව්වොත් සුපිරි කෑමක් තමයි👨🏽🦰😀
