⚠️ Disrupts bacterial membranes

⚠️ Destroys colonies within seconds

⚠️ Leaves behind a clean, bacteria-free zone

Why it matters:

✅ Ginger contains gingerol & shogaol — powerful antibacterial compounds

✅ Supports gut health by reducing bad bacteria

✅ Fights inflammation & oxidative stress

✅ May protect your brain and heart over time

Want daily defense that’s natural and potent?
Start with a cup of ginger tea or add fresh ginger to your meals — your body will thank you!

  1. Get some organic ginger tea from the tagged products 🤗 it's super affordable, caffeine-free, and super healthy so why not give it a shot

  2. I cant tell you how much i appreciate you not narriating the ENTIRE video. Those clips drive me bonkers! Time to make me some ginger tea

  3. I'm always highly skeptical of things like this, as antibacterials aren't discriminatory. Your gut biom is 100% made up of "good" gut bacteria. Antibiotics wipe these out with devastation. How is ginger any different? Its like chlorine. If it kills the bad, it almost definitely kills the good, and potentially easier, as it seems the good bacteria is often more fragile than bad.

  4. Or maybe they just drown like they probably would with another substance with the same consistency

  5. I drink it everyday after I ate. Helps if you have sore throat.
It depend how you like honey or lemon.
I sliced like 20 or 10 slices like one inch and boiled it for 5 minutes and that's it you have a ginger tea😊.
